Extend the life of your network with Third Party Maintenance. It happens often that an OEM will stop supporting a device. You can keep getting support from Revenit by putting
the device under a maintenance contract. The device is will keep working well for many years, and all you need is a service that will replace the hardware in case of failure.

Third Pary Maintenance (TPM) is a service that will replace equipment that has failed. The service comes with an SLA (Service Level Agreement). This service will replace
the failed equipment within the time specified by the SLA. The SLA’s typically available are Next Business Day (NBD), 8×5 (during business hours), 4H (4 hours).
Each SLA also has the option to attach an engineer that will come and execute the replacement.
